  • 30-Day Window for Returns and Refunds: You have 30 calendar days from the official date of delivery to request a standard product exchange or financial compensation.
  • Item Condition Requirements: Finally, to qualify for a successful refund, you must return the items unwashed, unworn, and in the exact condition you received them, with the original tags attached.
  • Custom Wearable Art Disclaimer: We build items clearly designated as “Custom Hand-Painted” or “Bespoke Wearable Art” specifically to your personal sizing requests. For example, these unique, made-to-order pieces are final sale unless the carrier damages them in transit.
